Shipping is primarily via FedEx

Damage During Shipping

If you receive an item which was damaged during shipping, we will exchange the item using the following procedure.

  • Please take photos of the damaged item and its packaging fully showing the damage and email it to info@regalmfg.com, along with your name, address, and phone number.
  • Upon verification of the damage, we will email you a prepaid return label you can print.  Bring the item packaged for shipping with the label to the carrier for return to us.  We will handle any claims against the carrier.  Please return in the original packaging if possible.
  • We will ship your replacement item(s) within the continental U.S. at no extra charge.

Damage or Defect Otherwise

If you receive an item which was damaged other than during shipping or which has a defect, we will accept returns and exchanges of such items within 30 days of purchase.

  •  Please complete the return/exchange form, indicating how you would like for us to handle your return, and email the form to us.
  • Then, enclose the form with the item in its original packaging.
  • We will email you a prepaid return label you can print.  Bring the package with the label to the carrier for return to us.
  • Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment.  If you request a replacement instead, we will ship your replacement item(s) within the continental U.S. at no extra charge.

Other Returns

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we will accept returns and exchanges of undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Please complete the return/exchange form, indicating how you would like for us to handle your return.
  • Enclose the form with the item in its original packaging and ship it to us.  Shipping charges are your responsibility.
  • Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment, less a 15% restocking fee and less our original shipping charges.
  • Exchanges for returned items will not be charged the 15% restocking fee, but you will be charged for the shipping charges we incur to ship the exchanges to you.  Shipping charges must be paid before we ship to you.
