|Assists in coaching, approximately 10-12 MIG and TIG welders, to ensure parts are produced to print.
Reads blueprints, sketches and modification orders.
Fabricates metal products per technical drawings or customer provided samples by welding/cutting/fabricating various metals. Must have experience in welding mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Operate/maintain electric hand/pneumatic power tools, i.e. grinders, sanders, needle guns, drills, saws and metal shears.
Must be able to build and fabricate weld fixtures, perform weld inspections, and weld parts when needed.
Applicant must be able to work in a production environment with lot runs ranging from 5 pieces to 1,000 plus piece orders.
CWI is preferred but not required.
Must maintain a clean and safe work environment for all employees and be able to work overtime as needed.
