| Prepare parts for powder coating via sandblasting. Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces. Set up and operate a blast booth, load & unload the blast cabinet, assist with coating as needed. Must have excellent teamwork skills! Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stand and walk for 10 hours a day. Ability to read and write, add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability and a willingness to follow instructions and comply with all rules and policies.
